The natural virgin salmon oil contained in ALAVIS™ Nutri is top-quality, pure and fresh salmon oil, which is a source of the omega 3 fatty acids that are not only important for the improvement of fur and skin quality, but also for a number of metabolic processes in the organism.

EPA acid has anti-inflammatory effects and is, thereby, among others, also important for healing skin problems such as skin allergies, skin inflammation and/or other skin injuries.

DHA acid helps better brain development in the foetus and puppies and improves cognitive functions in old dogs. The dog’s organism is unable to form omega 3 fatty acids itself, and as these omega 3 fatty acids are highly important for the body they must be added to the organism.

Salmon Oil in addition has a positive strengthening effect on the immunity, brain activity and cardiovascular system and overall health condition of dogs, cats and ferrets. Therefore, it is suitable to administer this preparation to older and old dogs, cats and ferrets. Vitamin A is an important antioxidant. It is essential for the proper development of cells that cover both the internal and external organs, i.e. It is important for mucous membrane and skin regeneration.

Vitamin A plays an important role in the immunity system, especially in differentiation and proliferation of T lymphocytes (white blood cells). Vitamin A is no less important in embryonic development for the formation of visual pigment.

Vitamin D3 helps absorb calcium in the intestines, which is important for supporting the development and health of bones and teeth.

Vitamin E is a significant antioxidant that protects the cell membranes against damage from free oxygen radicals, which helps slow down the ageing process and for prevention against cancer. It has positive effects on the formation of gametes, increases fertility, supports the nervous system activity and is important for muscle development.

Biotin (vitamin H) is essential for cell growth and plays an important role in the activity of enzymes that participate in the organism’s metabolism, in particular fatty acids, fats and amino acids. It is essential for the utilisation of nutrients and thereby for the support and growth of tissues and animal reproduction. In addition, it supports absorption of folic acid, pantothenic acid and vitamin B12.

Zinc is important for a number of enzymes that are required for cell metabolism. It participates in regulation of cell division speed, cell activity and cell maturation.

Selenium is an important antioxidant, reducing the risk of cancer incidence. It acts positively on the immune and cardiovascular system and reduces the risk of heart attack and vascular disease.

Dosage:

Application: The oil is administered daily in accordance with the recommended dosage separately, into a portion of food, or directly to the mouth of the dog, cat, ferret, for example, with a syringe.
